Who it is for

Do you recognize any of these?

I updated a plugin and the site broke. I rolled everything back and now I'm afraid to update.
Is there a backup? I think the host does one. I've never tested it.
The agency that built the site doesn't answer anymore.
An email arrived saying the site is on Google's blacklist.
It is not for you if the site runs on Wix, Shopify or Webflow, or if you only want cheap hosting with nobody watching. In those cases we say so in the assessment.

What is included

The routine of people who have run websites for ten years.

Tested updates

Core, plugins and themes are updated first in a QA environment. Only then do they reach your site. If something breaks, we roll back immediately.

Off-server backups

Full copies of files and database, automatic, stored on AWS S3 in several versions. Restore tested.

24-hour monitoring

Alerts for downtime and performance drops. The platform status is public.

Security

Continuous scanning and fixes. If the site is breached under our care, we clean and restore it at no cost.

Developer hours

Fixes, edits and small improvements, within the plan.

Monthly report

What was updated, what was fixed, scan results, uptime and performance metrics.

We talk to your host

When the problem is on the hosting side, we open the ticket. You don't have to.

Plans

Four plans. None marked "recommended": the assessment tells which one fits.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before signing up.

What is included in maintenance?
WordPress, plugin and theme updates, backups, security and uptime monitoring, performance optimizations and technical support for fixes. From the Pro plan up, content edits, technical SEO and integrations, depending on the plan.
Can updates break my site?
They can, which is why we never update straight in production. Every update goes through a test environment first. If something doesn't work, we roll back immediately.
What if the site is hacked even with maintenance?
We take on the cleanup and restore at no extra cost. We remove the malware, harden security and restore from a clean backup.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee.
Do you take over a site built by another agency?
Yes. The initial review exists for exactly that: to understand what was built, what is outdated and what is a risk, before we take over.
How do backups work?
Full backups (files and database), automatic and scheduled, stored on AWS S3 servers separate from your hosting. We keep several versions so you can restore from different points in time.

Next step

Start with the assessment.

It tells which plan makes sense for your site, or whether none does.
